Shaw Mission Trip, June 25-28

Join us for the Summer Mission Trip to Shaw Mississippi.  We will be working in the community. We will be delivering to the Elementary School 360 backpacks with School Supplies, Working in the Adult Senior Center, Finishing work on the City Police Station begun by our College Students and building Handicap ramps for Senior Citizens in the Community.

Local Mission Trip to West, TX, July 1-5

FBC Waco will join the ongoing relief efforts for our neighbors in West from July 1-5.  Texas Baptists are coordinating the relief efforts, which will include everything from simple clean-up to skilled labor.  Adults and children grades 6 and above are invited to help.  Read more.

Summer  Brown  Bag  Book  Study

Whether in town or traveling this summer, join your FBC Family as we read Life Together, a classic on Christian community. As we read we will discuss over brown bag lunches and interactive blog posts.  Click here for more information.

Restored  Recovery: Launching  at  FBC  in  September!

A biblically-based 12-step program that calls all people to be fully devoted followers of Christ. Whether you are struggling with a hurt, habit, hang-up--or if you are just stuck in a particular area of life, come as you are and find that God wants to heal you.  

Growing Together

The Spirit of God is on the move at FBC Waco! There is a sense of excitement each Sunday morning as we gather for worship. In order to maximize what God is already doing among us, we must carve out space to be together, allowing ourselves to encourage and be encouraged by others.  We are a busy people, and most of us are unable to set aside another night each week for a meeting. All of us, however, already take the time to eat breakfast and/or lunch each day.  Why not share this meal with a couple other folks in your church family? Read more
