Josué was born in Matamoros, MX and grew up in South Texas. He graduated with a MDiv from SWBTS, UTA Master in City and Regional Planning and a Doctor of Ministry from Fuller Theological Seminary. He is married to Lee Ann and have three adult children and four grandchildren. He has served in Collegiate Ministry, Associational Missions, Church Starter, IMB Missionary, and as the Director of the Center for Missional Engagement BGCT. Currently, he is serving as the Director of Hispanic Initiatives at Truett Seminary.
